GM used to include with Firebirds an address for a company that would supply "Custom built for (your name)" interior badges. Any ideas where I can find such items?

It was a long time ago (third generation Firebird). In the back of the owners's manual was an order form (may have been a loose leaf, I don't remember). The name plates were made by company in Michigan. The name plate had a little screaming chicken on the left and the wording on the right. I was about one inch high and three inches long. It fit in perfectly the grid design on the late 80's third gen console. I don't know what I did with mine when I sold my old car. For all I know the company is out of business / no longer does this.

Ah rats, the local ISP connection is messing up the image transfer. I'll try to put a picture in again some other time.
I found the old tag. I had carefully pried it off my 87 Bird before I sold the car and stuck it in a box for several years.
I might put it in the 2000 to kind of carry on from my old car.
It is brushed brass 31/2" X 1 1/4". The screaming chicken is one inch tall. It usually is mounted on the console. A very gentle bending will conform it to my 4th gen console.
