Would 500 degree paint work on the 3800 series II part of the engine? and would any kind of primer work? or is there a primer for engines? I already have primer and 500 degree spray paint, and I wanted to know if it would be alright seeing as if it does, no point in buying more paint. Thanks.

Since I already have the 500deg paint, might as well use it, I do have touch up paint...I'll just try out the spray paint, if it turns out bad, I can always sand off the paint since its metal under the paint, it won't damange my engine or anything. Then: 1997 3.8L Red Firebird~SOLD!~<p>Now: 2002 Atlantic Blue Dodge Ram 1500
