  • Got the windows tinted

    here's a pic of my car after I got the windows tinted. 15% all the way around. Its not a very good pic because it was getting dark outside:

    Well, I cant see in the car, so thats good ;) That dirty wheel well stick out like a sore thumb. :D

        Cost me $156, not too bad really. Yeah, my wheel wells are dirty :D

                you should take a pic of it in the day time.. looks good at night, but hard to tell with no light..

                  Looks good!! I am thinking about getting some tint at like 30%. Is 30% dark? And can you see out at night? I just dont want everyone staring at me when Im driving. Bugs me....

                        As I said in the first post, mine is 15%. You can't really see in during the day, and its a lot darker inside the car.

                          I forgot how it goes...
                          is it..

                          the higher the percent, the darker the window

                          or is it

                          the lower the percent, the lighter the window?

                            anyone know where you can go to find the tinting laws for different states?

                              The tint percentage is how much light is let in. 20% tint lets in more light then 15% and lets in less light than 30%. The higher the percentage, the more light can come in, also, the more visible the interrior is from the outside. The lower the percentage, the less light that comes in, and the less less visible the interrior is from the outside. Good for keeping subs in the hatch hidden.
