that doesn't sound too bad really. I mean I've never looked into having it done but I was quoted $300 just for a bumper repaint, so 250 doesn't sound too bad for stripes.97 White Pontiac Firebird 3.8 A4
Mods- 2.75\" exhaust, Dynomax muffler, magnaflow cat, SLP CAI, Hypertech 160* thermo, Fan switch
Suspension-Kumho Ecsta 712\'s, 32mm/19mm sway bars

Our Lady of Blessed Acceleration, don\'t fail us now.
-Elwood Blues

Yeah, I paid $300 to have my front bumper repainted, so $250 sounds pretty decent for stripes. I bet it'd be a lot more around here, though 1997 Grand Prix GTP

the problem with the bumpers is they flex. you have to get Flex primer to do it without cracking. my friend found that out on his 96 Camaro. my dad did his own Camaro's bumper and it turned out right because he used that primer. anywho. that isn't bad at all for stripes to be painted. is he gonna put a little stripe around the big one. i think that looks the best. anyway. good deal otherwise. i was thinking about putting stripes on my car later on also, but i was going to go with something like the RKSport vinyl attitude stripes instead (they are like $150 compared to the $300 you said for paint).
whats the advantage of having painted stripes over vinyl?

they're just gonna be block stripes...nothing fancy, he can do the little stripe around the edge, just a little more money...and the advandage to paint as to vinyl and the disadvantages are....paint will last a hell of a lot longer look better, can be waxed....vinyl, can be taken off at any time should you chose to do so...and they can have a lot of computer cut designs like the flags and such...either way Id prefer to get paint
