I got mine from bumper fx inc. off of Ebay. They are 3d. They cost me around 30 shipped. I think they have reflective ones. It'll come with instructions and a tube of some stuff to clean the area with, and it also makes it where you can move it before it dries. I still cleaned mine with rubbing alcohol first. To remove them, just try to peel them off then use rubbing alcohol to clean off anything that is left. Here's their site http://www.bumperfx.com/

Rear Decal Inserts gone BAD! Help!

Get a hair dryer, heat up the decal and slowly remove it.
Next time, use a little dishwashing liquid and mix it in the water. Just a little, you don't need a lot. Then use a credit card or something and squeegie out the water from under the decal.
I just saw some reflective decals yesterday, forgot where I saw it. It was only $20.
