Well, I've been reading up on some previous posts about washing/waxing/polishing etc. and I still have some questions:
Is this the order to use these products?
- detergent wash (does it have to be Dawn or can it be any dish soap?) to strip all the old wax off.
- claybar
- another detergent wash
- 3M Swirl and Scratch Remover (can you only use this once because of the abrasives and the clear coat?)
- A polish, whatever it may be, Zaino, Duragloss etc.
...oh, and towel dry (REAL 100% Cotton towels) after washes
Would this be a good system for getting a great shine, no swirl marks, and a lasting layer of protection?
