  • Photos of my wreck...

    here we go guys...

today I began repair work on my Baby...

    Pics of the original damage...

Bumper cracked here and two other places.... one on the drivers side near the mount and the big crack you see on the drivers side of the emblem

Headlight = pwn3d! *note there is no actual headlight assembly for the high beams behind that left side lens....

and after a little motivation with assorted hammers....

Got a guy that can order in new bumper, hood, and two headlights for $675. Another guy is saying about 500 for paint.

Still have one guy that says he has a red maro that he'll sell me the parts off of and strip them and repaint them but I need to go down there for a quote.

Also have three other body shops to call monday to see if they'll give me some quotes.

    oh joy...

BTW this is a continuation of the thread I started in the lounge since we cant post pics there...

    the orginal thread is Here

sorry to hear about the wreck... I had to replace my hood, fender, and bumper cover. (all because the guy i bought it off of must have hit something and covered the damage up with a bra).

    good luck on the repairs!

Halo's = too rice for my taste and I just generally do not like the look at all. I like the whistler mod much better thanks.

The SS hood would be nice if I had the cash. I've been looking for it just in case I got lucky but so far it would cost me practically triple if I got the SS version. Money I absoluty do not have.

Plus I wanna keep this car a nice sleeper ride anyway for all the little civic punks :-P

Fortunately, my new hood was not on, so he paid for the new hood, GFX and paint job.

Wow man I feel your pain. Mine was worse I was broad sided and all the fiber glass on my door was gone and my back quarter panels was pulled down and tucked under the car. I thought it was going to be totaled.
