i have a 3 gauge piller that goes on top. i'm sure that it could take the place of it. but since i don't have t tops (the the present moment) i moded it up to fit my car. since they only make them for t tops. check out http://www.egauges.com/
Just trying to understand ... I have a convertible and it is easy to remove the A-pillar. Is the color the same with the rest of the interior? room? How are you running the wires?
mor room for guages and wires and it was 10x easier to install... also those crappy clips get old after you remove them a few times..... now i only have on screw holding the thing up and it fits almost perfect........ the littel round thing for the heater vent dont fit very well. well not at all.... i just cut the old one off
