ok, so i just bought a black "berger" panel and put it on. im still kind of undecided of what i think about it. i just wanted to get your opinions on what you think and also if i should sand and paint it a dull black or satin black.
heres a couple of not very clear and/or good pics...

Honestly because of the camera angle and light I wouldn't be able to tell there was a Berger panel on there if I hadn't known before hand. I don't like black on blue personally. Maybe paint it silver, that would look nice.

It doesn't look bad right now as it is... i think maybe it would look a little better in that satin black you were talking about.
Although, i wonder how the silver idea would turn out... hmm, silver with navy blue inserts maybe?

Doesn't look bad.. but I think I would go with a more "black" theme...
like hockey stries, halos.. maybe even black rims...
I wouldn't do it but a black theme on a NBM car can look good.

i had another idea too. cutting the camaro idents out, putting a thin piece of fiberglass or something behind them, and wiring up a neon light behind it. maybe a third brake light type thing. meh, its an extra piece so i might just try it, lol...
