yet another post but i need respectable opinions so im asking everyone here. My car is bright red and it has the factory 16" 5 star chrome rims. im not looking to polish them because i dont have the time or materials to do so. I was going to do them glossy black with the firebird decals on them, but im having second thoughts. but I have pictures of my car
Red calipers. They aren't different or wild, but they have come to signify a performance vehicle. And they look good with any color vehicle and any tire and rim combination out there.

I would paint the calipers red and the brackets black. I would then put white Firebird lettering on the calipers. I've seen that combo before and it looks really sharp. I plan on doing the same thing, but putting Camaro lettering on.

Yeah. this is the way to go. If you go look at the caliper paint problem thread, i posted a full set of instructions on how to do it properly.
