I'm trying to calculate the total amount of money I'd need for new rims and everything. Can some1 recommend some good tires that'll fit z06 18x9.5 rims please? Also how much do you think itll cost to mount them? and will I have any trouble having them fit on my car?

If you want decent cheap tires, Kuhmo 712s... good in the rain great in the dry... though after awhile they harden up and are not as sticky but still a decent tire and look good too IMO
As for getting the tire mounted, I have heard you have to look around a little that alot of places cannot mount tires on larger then 16 in. rims..-Eric
2000 NBM V6 Camaro 5-speed T-top converted
14.467@95.45mph $0 in mods
The member formerly known as MustangEater8251

i have 712's. Takes a little getting used to the extra width, but after a couple weeks it's fine. They are awesome in the rainand greaton dry pavement. I went with the 275-35-18's on all four. Any major tire place can mount them, but generally they dont install carry in items. Mine costabout 215 each tire installed incl. shipping. I believe if you drop the width a little (265-35-18) they are quite cheaper, but i havent checked.97 RS
Member Status: F-Body Owner
Member Number: 7705
Registered: September 13, 2005
Posts: 24
Email Address: hfoxx123@yahoo.com
Location: Minnesota
Occupation: Database Administration
Homepage: http://none
Car: uh a camaro
