well your gonna have to reinforce it. Then yes maybee some duraglass. alot of sandpaper and some paint and clear. And ya you should have no problem with it. it'll be a nice way to learn ;)

well from the picture it looks like it's cracked all the way through, by reinforcing it you'll have to put some sheet metal or any other composite of your choice behind the crack so that when you do get it all smoothed out it will be strong there and not just pull apart because of the once crack in it. Duraglass is another kind of bondo. with bondo you need fiberglass sheets, with duraglass or sometimes called gorilla hair, it already has fiberglass strands in it. Its much easier to work with. go to your autoparts store and find something that works alone (without fiberglass sheets) there are a bunch out there. Duraglass is just the most popular one.

yes sanding 320-400 grit, and you dont have to sand everything off, just rough it up so the paint will stick, anything higher than 400 and it'll peel right back off after you paint it.

eh, depending on how smooth you apply the bondo, its hard to get it smooth. if you use the 300 when your still trying to get the bondo in the general form that you want it you'll be there for a week, step down to like a 20 or 40 grit to really take it down fast then step up to finer sand paper....go for the hit and miss method, sandpaper is'nt that expensive and they sell it in variety packs, go for one of those and you'll find what works best for you. Ill try to help anytime I can, so no prob ;)
