• Leather Seat Upgrade?

    http://speed-eng.com/store/product_i...oducts_id=2130

these are like 1200 bucks for a pair, anybody try a differnt kind of seat, perhaps a cheaper alternative that is still very comfortable, i find the stock leather seat to be very un-cushioned, but i still want the seat to hold me in for corner carving

you could look into some corvette or XLR seats. they are very comfy and hold you extremely well.

hmmm corvette seats sound enticing, i dont think i want to fork over a whole lot, maybe just some other cars stock seats... i want something that holds me in too though, so it would have to be a sporty car seat... GTO? Corvette? anything else...

C5 seats are comfy, not sure on fitment issues on a f-body but they are nice.

            considered race seats?

im not sure yet.. i want to sort of retain a stock look, or at least have the seats match, so none of this blue and red stuff... preferably leather since thats what i have now, i like those seats i showed in the first picture, but they are quite a bit of money lol...

im pretty much up for anything as long as its comfy (4 hour ride, no butt pains for a day) and can hold me in while corner carving

Probably feel the same difference is I am sure the one you posted is a fancy real leather(like high class cars, ferrari, prosche, etc..), as opposed to a simulated leather.
