red and blue are emergency colors only. Thats why you can't have red or blue neons either.

depends on your area and your cops...

here its illegal to have blackouts, neons, , too dark tink, clear corners, or any exhaust modified from stock or stock replacement.

I have only been stopped once for any of those in my 7 years of driving and it was by a campus cop. And one other time I got hassled about my license plate light being out but I was leaving a party that got broken up, likely a DUI mini-test.

it sucks cause the blue and red lights look good but yea they are illegal. i do however dont think you will get in trouble for the speedometer but i dont know the rules for that but the blue speedo looks awsome.

It might be illegal to change it, because look how blue it is. But... how blue is it when a pair of headlights hit it? Does it even look blue or can you even tell? I changed mine to blue and havn't had a problem. My turn signals and rear side markers are blue, no problems yet.

It varies by state... in Michigan, they have to be amber unless it's part of the taillight, then it can be red. So right now, my clear corners with the clear bulb inside is illegal. I still can't find an amber bulb that fits.
