Well, after using polymer wax, turtle wax, newfinish, and mother's, I would choose the Mother's 2 step system.
Starting with a clean car, I use Mother's phase 2 (swirl and haze remover) wax on/off, then I use Mother's phase 3 (pure carnuba wax) wax on/off.
Takes about 3 hours from the car being washed, to the final removal of the carnuba wax. Shines like new!
Oh, and I use a micro-fiber towel to remove the wax from the car, it works nice

After using a lot of waxes i'm still stuck on Liquid Glass. I'll say it once and i'll say it again. I was amazed when a car came back to our shop 3 months later to get a detail and the liquid glass I put on was still there like i did it the other day, bubbled up nicely and everything. All the other waxes wear off really quickly.

Use the professional Meguiars Yellow Wax #26, or even better try Harley's wax (little old white can, hard to find!!!). If you need to clean the surface before waxing, the #7 Meguiars Showcar glaze is very good.2002 5-spd NBM Camaro

Screw that and go for the gold: Zaino! Protects from all the crap of the environment, and when I wash my car, it is still smooth and shiny --David--
The NEW V6Bird Website!
Cardomain site
ΔX

Mothers products are the best out there. When used right, you can get the same quality (shine) and lasting effect as Zaino. And they are much much cheaper.
The wax and detail spray (showtime) used together are amazing. Here is an example :

you cant wax a black car in texas in the summer, unless you put a sheeet over it and let it sit with a fan on it for 4 days in the garage, other then that the black paint stays too hot to wax, I know. I let it sit for about a day in the garage and the wax was still drying in like 2 secs and causing it to look like crapDont call me chief.

2001 Camaro Convertible Rs Replica
1991 Acura Legend

Seriously, what color is your car? Black or the Midnight Blue? Or silver? Looks awesome...thats what my car looked like after using the Mothers Clay Bar. For the wax I use, I use "Yellow Wax" by pros...but they dont make it anymore...its really similiar to the Meguiers Yellow wax 26...thats good stuff. By the way, I think the canned waxes work the best...not the liquid stuff...just some personal FYI.
