  • Exhaust soot on bumper

Does anyone have a problem with black soot from their exhaust on their bumper? What can you do to remove it? Is their any product out there that's good for removing this stuff, other than a little elbow grease?

Clay bar helps a bit, that's the only thing I've found to help.

i don't let it sit on mine very long. wash it off w/ normal hose w/ high pressure nozzle, then rub it w/ ur hand, then spray again, and keep doing it till it comes off, or it doesn't come off nemore. after that, claybar it maybe.

If there is soot on the bumper, then you might want to find a way so it doesn't reacure, because I found some soot on my bumper with a nice littel burnt spot underneth.
