Here in US we have sealed beams not H4s
Can I get the housings that are sold for europe
and simply change out the lamps with HID balasts ,wiring and lamps

I upgraded to H4's, and used new plastic housing instead of the glass one, it's a little better than the piss poor yellow glass lighting, if you do this mod I also recommend you upgrade to xenon H4 kit.

This is what I was gonna upgrade to, 9007's are brighter than H4's but I was lil' weary of the description.
9007's

F1GT I dont see anything on their site about a GP on this.
what kit is this for ?
I still dont see any that have a seperate high beam
in the housing to use in conjunction with HID lows

I don't have a separate high beam, H4's have both high/low beams, maybe I'll take a pic later for you of my lights.

Dead Body,do they offer conversions in europe that replace the sealed beams with a replaceable halogen
that has a seprate high and low beam bulb.
I would like to find housings for HID conversion that still retain a seperate high beam so I can add 100w to them

yep, that is the one. Plug and play. I might get it, but I'm a little short on moola at the moment.

And if you read the rest of the thread and link, you will see they have replacement coversion seal beams to where you can install the HIDs. The have hellas too.

I thought you said you found the thread?

"If you need dual beam HID’s let me know, we have two options: (1) HID xenon for low beam and halogen high beam or (2) both low and high beam are xenon."

All your answers are in that thread.

Edit: ...and no Pontiac Nino does not have HIDs. All he stated in that post is that he changed the housings to accept replaceable H4 bulbs. The link he gave you are fake HIDs as well. The 9007 link is just a high wattage bulb with a blue cover on top of it. It states it has vents to release the heat, but with 140watts and a limited space, the bulb is still going to have a short life and the blue cover is diminishing the output. The 2nd link is coversion housings with colored bulbs.
