Have a question for yeah. Does the grill install on top of the black factory grill? The reason I'm asking is because I removed the black factory grill several months ago.

Sweet thanks, I know what I'll be getting soon then. :D I've been looking for a nice looking grill for a while now, just never have found one that I've really liked. But, now the searching is over. Yeah, the grab and pull method is the best way to go when removing the old grill. :D

You are supposed to paint that part, semi-gloss black, and it will look awesome.

As for installing, very, very easy, pull off the old grille, place the new stull one where u want it, mark the holes on the backing of the clip, remove, drill holes with 1/8" drill bit, put grille back, screw in until tight, all done.

Yup, pull the orignal off, but be careful, then drill in new one. All done.
