That kits been around for a while, just not easy to find. Used to be the Stella kit then went out of production I believe and then came back with the name vizage. I think it's a nice kit, looks great. They actually don't look too bad at a normal height. Check my site, on the photoshoped page (I think its page 4) to see them at a normal ride height. I've got about 15 pictures of that kit on other Camaros on my computer.
