what is a good way to secure carpet & cloth material to door panels? That "camel/deer brown" has got to go

3.4, I've been considering doing the same thing. Possibly even putting a flame pattern underneath it. Saw them do it on the TV Show Trucks, it's very simple. I just dont know what kind of color pattern I would go with, or how to get the old fabric off. I had the door panel off the other day (replacing the power window motor), and i really didn't know for sure how to even start putting on new fabric. Lol. If you go through with this idea, lemme know about it.~Chris
1999 Hugger Orange Camaro
http://www.cardomain.com/ride/273836

†…faith…hope

Awesome. Deffinitely get some pics up soon. I still think I'm gonna put a pattern underneath the fabric, either a flame or C-A-M-A-R-O lettering underneath it. Definitely get me some pics though. If you want, you can email me a couple of them, and I'll try to upload them onto my cardomain site, I use them to host everything I want to put online. It's been acting goofy lately now that I've got more than 50 pics on there. Lol, either way, lemme see the interrior.~Chris
1999 Hugger Orange Camaro
http://www.cardomain.com/ride/273836

†…faith…hope

I broke down & did the cardomain thing
here's a link to an interior shot w/the stock door panel. The seats now have blue seat covers on them, & the headliner is gonna get redone in metallic blue & silver.

once you get the door panel off, and apart, it's easy to pull off the old cloth, i replaced mine with a light grey color fabric i bought from walmart to go along with the stock two-tone charcoal/light gray seats and cut out some 1/4" foam in the pattern of flames and fastened it all with 3M spray adhesive, turned out great and was very simple job for a boring sunday afternoon

here are some pics. I did the pass side first, so the drivers side should go 3X faster & look 100% better  ;) I still have some trimming to do on the door handle, but I think it looks a whole lot better than what it used to.
Door panel 1
Door panel 2
Door panel 3
the interior panels in the rear are also going to be redone using the same color blue carpeting as the doors.
