Well, it just snowed here last night, and I dont have enough time to swap out my chrome wheels with my old wheels. Theres salt all over the roads. I plan on changing my wheels later today or tomorrow. Will the salt damage the chrome on my wheels?

It won't hurt the chrome as long as you clean them afterwards. It's also a good idea to get a nice thick coat of wax on them too.sigpic -

You don't want dirt and chemicals to build up on the wheels and then stay there all winter. okay.. I usually wash my car once every 3-5 days

I'm going on 4 years worth of winter on the same rims and I try to spray them off at least once a week and wipe them the best I can when it's cold and they stay shiney.
