I've had silverstars for about 8 months now. Definately an improvement over the standard halogens. The road is clearer, and distance is improved slightly; perhaps 60 feet or so.
My only hangup with them is lifetime. I've replaced my low beams twice already. They seem to last about 4 months before they piss out.
But worth it? I think so.2001 Camaro, 3.8 v6. Five speed. Red. SLP Torque arm, SLP CAI, adj. panhard bar, lcas, eibach springs, 3.73 gears and Zexel-Torsen T-2 LSD.

Same short life problem here. Checker will replace within the first 30 days, however.Robert - owner www.FirebirdV6.com/CamaroV6.com
