HELP, with W68 Bodykit and Some Rust.

I got a 1998 Firebird with the W68 sports package. And the front bumper skirts are coming off a little bit, so is the back. Is there any type of glue that would set these back on tight?

And while I was wiping my car after it rained, I noticed one part of the car wasnt as smooth as the rest. And as I looked really close to the body I noticed really really really small specs of something that looked like rust. It was only in one area. Should I be worried?

RUST = Yes, start worrying!!!!

As of the GFX, they bolt on underneath and in the wheel wells, two-faced tape is used to hold it tight.

I solemnly swear I am up to no good.
