  • Is this a good deal?

    Well i lived by neighbor for awhile now and i recently found out he does auto painting for a living, Well i was talking to him and he said he would redo my front bumper for $150, ive never just got the bumper done and i was wondering if this is a good deal or if his just giving me a regular price.

      Well he works for a Custom Auto Place, they do like bad azz paint jobs on show cars. He told he could repaint the whole front with silver flames for $1000

        Thats a pretty good price. I mean he has to dissasemble the front bumper and then strip all the paint and repaint. Not a bad price what so ever.

        Is he going to do this in his garage or at the shop? Materials alone will run about $100 or so. I'd go for it.

        I just had my hood painted, ran me $300 for a SWEET job.

          That's a pretty good deal, that's half of what a body shop quoted me.

            hey, im over in mesquite, hook me up too?

            btw IMO that is a pretty good one, i have a friend with a 240sx and he just spend like 1500 on his paintjob so...

                well, the nose on my bird is scarting to crack under the clearcoat, that is the major issue, other than that, possibly that and mabey some red stripes comming out of the vents on the hood,
                but i'd just have to talk to him to see what he thought, he is a pro so i think he might see somtin i dont, but ya just the front piece is the major thing,
