I am not real fond of stripes that go over the top of the car. also I tend to think that hood and hocky stripes together is to much. having said that what ever you like is what you need to get.

hood and hockey stripes together are too much.. choose one or the other,I prefer hood stripes.

Does anybody know why they're called hockey stripes?

because they look like hockey sticks... nyway, about the whole big wing comment, as long as you get a hood that is bulky it will flow with the car.

I would just go with the stripes. What color are you thinking about?

i was thinking silver...but i got to think charcoal would be really subtle and MIGHT look good. and as far as a big hood i have harwoods ram air hood planned. so ha! how will the stripes work with an aftermarket hood?

They should look fine with an aftermarket hood, but please don't go with racing stripes and hockeysticks! That's just an overkill.

1SL1: not everyone can afford to have them painted on. That's why vinyl is popular.
