I know that the front seatbelts are held in by a Torx bolt (in the frame). I believe the rear seats have them too. The torx bit that fits into the seatbelt holders are almost the size of the front caliper bolts for late model Chevy Cavaliers.

They come off just keep trying, their such a pain to get off because from the factory they put blue loctite on those torx screws. I just put in power leather seats, and also the back leather seats and bench and had trouble getting those screws out.

Yeah i tried the drill too, but the best way to get them off is by hand. Even when i got the screws to start turning, they did not want to come out cuz of that dam blue loctite on the screws. I would say your best bet now is too drill em out, since your putting a new back bench on, you don't have to worry about messing up the thread thats inside the bench. Hey where in long island are you located, it seems like im the only one with an FBODY in Queens.
