  • Question about 93-97 Camaro and headlight black out covers.

I have a 96 Camaro and I bought some black out headlight covers. I put them on the car and the only problem I have is that at night, NO light goes through the covers. I am wondering if there are different headlights I can buy to help with this problem or am I screwed?

i know theres some other kind that have 2 circles in the middle of them and the circles are clear and allow light to shine through.

Want to sell the ones you have?

      These http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMESO%3AIT

You can get silverstar bulbs or HID's if you have the money.

I didn't like the blackouts, so I bought the carbon fiber ones. They let more light through than the blackouts, and I also use silverstar bulbs too.

I haven't used the front or back carbon fiber covers in over a year now, My car doesn't get drivin nearly as much anymore since it's winter time and I refuse to get salt, road grime, dirty snow, etc. all over it. I'll probably be selling them on ebay soon.

Yeah it sucks no light gets through huh? I just take mine off at night or try and deal with it. The ones with holes aren't too bad, they look alright, but I love the look of the blackouts.
