reverse dash light help !!!

for $30 i just got in the mail my reverse indeglo gauge face.. heres the problem...

IT CAME WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS !!!!
help !!

does anyone have a link to or a set of directions on how to install them...

1) remove old guage panel
2) insert new guage panel

:D
