          yea... but they can charge that cause people will pay it, sadly...
          only place around within 30 miles or so prob...

            PinoyRacer if you live close enough to whitemarsh area, D&L Tinting did mine 20% all around w/o a windshield strip for 180

              Yea i was thinking about D&L, does that 180 price include their insurance?

                No it didn't, but I've had mine for comming up on 2 years and have had my fair share of police encounters. None of them have said anything about it. Nor have they said anything about my exhaust. Either I'm just lucky or they didn't care. Belair cops might be a little more dick about it tho, my cousin got popped in his contour just for driving down the road. I need to get my tint redone tho, might do 15 in the rear and keep the windows at 20. Fades a little over time.
