95 Camaro to 98+ Camaro

We all know that the Camaro got a "nose job" in 98. Mine's a 95. Besides going out and buying a 98+ Camaro, is it possible to convert the front end to a 98+ front end? I'm thinking hood, bumper, front fenders, and headlights.

sounds about right. i think theres something else but i cant think of it though.
