Do you think it would look good with black racing stripes (2)? I was thinking black would REALLY compliment the color.
edit: is that a factory color? and if so, what is the name and was it limited?... I also just called and for $325 they give you a 100kmile/5 year warranty on tranny and engine which is pretty bad *** . The guys also says it comes with 4 disc brakes so would that be the y87 package?
I'm gonna have to disagree though this is just my opinion. I think stripes are only for some cars and others should just be left alone. Just get a nice hood to go on the front instead of doing some stripes.

w3rd to Big Bird. I kinda like the Raptor hood. I don't understand why this car is so cheap though. The same thing goes for aroundf 9k. Maybe it's the color, not popular and the such. Oh well, I'm gonna test drive the thing tomorrow. I hope it all works out. More opinions would be bad *** BTW.
The color is factory, its a 1999 only color called gulf blue metallic. I love it, I searched for one for a long time but never found one. The Model years 1997-1999 GM introduced the largest range of color options(caynne red, hugger orange, fern green, sport gold, gulf blue metallic, deep purple) and these are the rariest color found on any late f-bodies. Anyway enough history, all 98+ f-bodies came with the Bosch disc brakes all around so that is not the best way to tell if its a Y87 car. Look on the drivers door and look for Y87 on the RPO sticker(you can't miss it, its the sticker w/ all the codes). Good luck she likes like a good one. By the way a single white stripe would look really good!( like the stripe on the 25th anniversay TA)
