I just bought some TA ground effects from a 2001 TA. And i have a 99 v6 with no ground effects. I noticed that the TA piece has clips that would attach into the top of the rocker panel. I would assume that the body shop would have to drill holes in my rocker panel? Is this an easy mod? Right now i have only the passenger side. I have a few dents in my rocker panel will this make the mod harder? Should i just go with the wings west side skirts? I might sell the TA GFX if anyone needs it? Hit me back. Thanks

did u like buy the whole thing? like the rear bottom part, i dunno how to cal it, the part on top of the exhaust, cause TA;s have it outlined good and I think it would look great on a bird without any ground effect, just changing the rear piece.

I got the TA bumper/side skirts, then the front bumper just doesn't look right, so i got the TA front bumper as well... ended up a V6 TA...hehe, i do have a V6 and firebird emblem on the back so people won't think i have v8...
your car looks great and i will put on the ground effects (TA ones not ww) and WW front ground effect. It will look amazing....! it is a pain in the a$$ to install the skirts though... you HAVE TO drill wholes on the body and sometimes it is hard to match the lines... been there done that and good luck.

Thanks man you answered my question. I thought there would have to be holes drilled in the rocker panel for those clips in the top of the side skirt. Take it easy, nice car

Yeah check my site. All bumpers from 93-02 fit all cars in those years. Reguadless of style. Mine came off a Firehawk.

if the sideskirts are red, (ryan212@aol.com) send me an e-mail if you want to sell. I need just the passenger, so that would be perfect. if not red, still e-mail me, but red is prefered.
I just looked at your car in your sig, nice ride. I think it looks very clean without the added side skirts. But the WW would look sweet imho.
I personally want to get the stock firebird side skirts for my TA, but i can't find any for sale :(
I feel that they are cleaner than the TA ones, and hide some of the seams in the body down there better.
Ryan.
