    try meguiar's PlastiX (spelling?). its a headlight and plastic polish by meguiar's...might help some.

        you could try wet sanding them, its worth a shot, and i dont see how it wouldnt work. just dont use low grit paper. but yea black halo's look amazing on red camaro's. you can probally get them for a little over $100 on ebay.

                i had the same problem with my headlights when i got my camaro. there is a great write up on one of the other forums about this. here's a link:

                ok its not a link but you can copy-paste. this takes for-ev-er, but its definately worth it. you have to wet sand them working up to a really fine grit, and then polish them with a plastic polish. i used meguiar's plast-x, and it worked great AFTER sanding them down. again, it took me like 4 hours or so, but its definately worth it not to have to buy new ones. or, if you just WANT halo's, this could make a good excuse to buy them. ;)

                  At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
                  Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...
