ok tomarrow im going to get my tint done i just have the small back window, b/c its a convt. So im going 5% on the back but should i do 35%on the side or 15% i have been planing on 15% but idk im worryed about getting tickets.
So should i do the 15% and say F it or do the 35% and i kno both are illegal but i kno with 35% i will most likey not get any tickets [img]graemlins/rant.gif[/img]
I have 5% and love it. My car is black and so is the tint. However, the cops don't like it (I don't drive the car that much so I get away with it..knock on wood..) I got one ticket for it though which was $50 or something like that.
i had 5% on a GOLD CAMARO and had n/p i stuck out like a sore thumb and i got pulled over twice (speeding) and did not mention tint!! i just got mine done yesterday 5% in back 20% on sides looks lot darker than 20% b/c of the 5% in the back looks more like 15-17% but not TOO dark!!!
I live in Michigan too and I've had no problem with 5% all around. I've been pulled over only once but the cop said nothing. I usually only drive my car in the summer with my windows down and tops off and i dont drive it in the winter so its not exposed that much.
But I think you'll be disappointed if you go with the 35% after awhile.
Go with either the 15% or 5%, I don't really think 35% should be an option
I live in Michigan as well. I had 5% in the back and 35% on the windows and I didn't really get messed with. As long as your driving cool they usaly won't do anything. I see alot of people with euro's that have 5% all the way around and just cruz by cops and they don't do anything.....but that's just my area not sure what there like around your's. But from what I have heard I guess that you can go as dark as you want in the back but the front has to be light enough to see in. But then again I heared that you can only do 4" on the front windows.
About a week ago noticed my brake lights not working also Hazards not working. Installed new brake switch and still not working, checked fuses and what...
