• People always commenting on color

Everywhere i go...ever since ive got the car, people ALWAYS comment on how cool it is and also its color. Its painted Bright Metallic Green.....its a very pretty color. Anyone else get comments on their cars paint?

Yeah, girls always comment me on my purple paint. Hell, I don't think its a bad color either... Just there are a lotta scuff marks and the paint is cracking. But they can't see that ;) .

Not so much the color as the shine. Sometimes my gf uses my car (the hood) as a mirror.

I get a lot of looks, but my car is navy blue, pretty common. I think the stripes and loud exhaust are what grab peoples' attention

I am looking at picking up a 97 RS in the bright green. I also had a 98 in the mystic teal, I always had people asking me how much the paint job cost. They could not beleive that it was factory.

That is an extremely beautiful car... make sure it has chrome 5 spoke wheels on it..

Honestly I get lots of compliments on my color especially when it all shined up. More so then when I had my 94 Quaser blue which is more of a "flashier" color.

occasionally get comments when its filthy and hasn't been detailed like 8 months, when the "purple" comes out.. but if you keep it waxed up doesn't look so purple.

Oh I know... and there is a BIG difference in looks as far as that goes. I use to see a 97' RS running around in the town where I work and I couldn't believe how beautiful it looked in that bright green metallic with chrome 5 spokes. I was like....

I've had my car called purple when it was brand spanking new and shiny, pissed me off too. Come to think of it I've gotten a lot of comments on how nice it looks, but I always keep it clean and waxed now. I think that navy blue is the best color when it is cleaned and polished, but one of the worst when dirty. I've gotten comments with and without stripes, it all depends on how you take care of it.

nothing on my paint job, but when ever i'm driving everyone breaks their necks to check out my car. this is what must be going threw their minds, "nice car, wow it's loud, omg it's a chick." then that is where the neck break comes in cause they have to watch it for as long as they can. it's pretty funny. i'm use to it. but my mom hates to go in my car cause she says everyone is looking at me. hehheh!
