Hey, I just got a "quasi-sponsorship" for a vertical door kit, where I get the kit for a ridiculously low price, and I was just wondering if anybody here has tried to put those kind of doors on their f-body. I think it would be amazingly original and, for the right price, I would probably go for it. But it would be nice to know if there are any problems, mechanical or otherwise, with the verticaldoors.com kits.

I remember hearing something about it not working, without some serious work to the front fenders. Do a search on it, i'm sure you'll find out what you need.Black \'94 Trans Am A4- SLP CAI & Loudmouth
Red \'93 Firebird A4- Ram Air under the WS6 hood, !cat, exhaust.

the mirrors on our cars complicate things. the doors either need to pop outward first or you need to cut half of the mirror assembly away.

yeah, after looking at all the so-called "deals" i get with the site, i'm thinking it isn't such a good idea, and I guess I would rather just have normal, average Joe doors.-----------------------------------
See my cardomain site:
http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2047216
Watch my work in progress
