  • Installing a new filler plate

I have a new(er) filler plate coming in a few days and I want to know how exactly to get the old one off and put the new one in. Is it hard?

I am going to wetsand the new one to get all the letters off and whatnot and then just leave it black and maybe get new decals and stick them on. BTW i got it off of ebay for a total of 25 bucks. The one i have on there now is really cloudy on one side. If you go to my car domain site and check out a rear shot i think u can see it.

If this is the fuel fill door, there's an install somewhere, do a search on the internet. Might also check the repair manual, might specify where the bolts are.

Pull back the carpet in the back, It's probably just a few screws. That's how the taillights are held on.
