  • sticky stuff for headlight blackouts???

    i have a set of headlight blackouts but i had to get a new bumper cover so now i need to know where i can get some more of the sticky stuff, or what else could i use, to put the blackouts on my new bumper cover?

    target. get some 3M Dual Lock Tape. It's like 2.50 for like 4 2 inch strips. you might need three or four packages depending on how well you want them to stay. the stuff sticks like no other. ;)

        hehe... my dad manages all the orthadontic, wire, and injection molding for 3M so I get all that stuff for free :D I didn't know it was that expensive :eek:

          yeah it sucks. oh well. I've had to get two packages because the stuff that came on the covers was not sticking very well. In fact, on my way to get the first package, a gust of wind came up and blew my cover off. Luckily i was able t find it. Then a month later, the other cover blew off. I found it too. That was when i decided to get the second package. those covers are not going anywhere now. :rolleyes:

            Do you folks think by putting screw in will be better or it's just too much to do?
