change guage colors

has anybody in a firebird changed all of their red lighting to a different color? i want to change most of the red lighting to blue (i know some of it cant be changed) and was wondering what the best way to do it was if anybody has done this. i wish i could just change the bulbs but that wont work cause the red isnt from red bulbs. i could get a white speedometer with the blue backlighting to change it, but what about the HVAC controls and the others? i have an idea on how i could change those but im not sure if it would work. help!?!

thanks for those links but most said to change the bulbs. from what i understand you cant do that in a firebird because of the red layer behind the guages. and they didnt say anything about the hvac guages or the other lights. one said its more trouble than its worth which is probably true.
