Quick questions...

1) I have a 1996 Camaro, is there any way to do strobes for my lights? Not sure if I'll do it, just checking if it's possible.

2) Any way to get HID or brighter headlights without changing the housing? Like maybe sealed beams with brighter lights?

3) Blackouts, if I get them are they illegal and put me at risk if someone hits me and says "I couldn't tell he was braking".

They are illegal in most places, I have them too. Cops dont really say anything about them unless you make them mad. I was always afraid someone would make up something like that in a wreck but now I have my 12 inch SS light thats twice as bright as the others ones so they cant say anything.
