I have a 95 camaro and my driver side headlight is out, how do i replace this bulb?, it looks like it is in a awkward place.

That "weird wrench" is called a T15.. Go to any local parts store, and you find one.. SIMPLE SIMPLE change.. MAYBE takes 2 minutes..
the bulbs are expensive as hell though.. like 25 bucks....

Choopi got it right on the head. I didn't know it was called a "T15" but it is also referred to as a torx screw i think. Same as used in a lot of computers, but it is very simple to change. And be sure to re-level the light after the swap.
