• Just painted calipers and intake

Spent most of yesterday and last night painting my calipers and intake. I painted my airbox, the lid, and the PVC pipe I have in place of my air silencer. Once again, the blue color (as in all my other pictures) looks much lighter due to my crappy digital camera then it really is. So instead of telling me in the replies it should be darker, just pretend it is, because that's how it really looks in real life! I know the intake is plain now cause there's nothing on it. I'm waiting to get a SICK-SIXX stencil or something so I can spray that on there in pewter. Anyways, here's the pics.

WOW, its been awhile since I have seen a V6 engine (well since Oct. when I sold my Camaro) but the engine bay just looks so empty.

Oh btw the paint looks cool. Check out my engine bay. Pics in the sig.

I really like the blue on the calipers :D .You dont see that color too often.....very nice! Do you have any side pics of your car on the daytime? I'd like to see how the blue looks with the pewter. I just painted my calipers red and had considered blue.

be careful with that paint if it wasnt engine paint...i did my calipers in blue a few years ago and didnt use engine paint and it started to chip a few months after i did it...looks good though..like mine..

Well, it's not ENGINE paint, but it's Krylon industrial somethin or other.. but it says industrial uses, so i assume it should be able to withstand the calipers. We'll see though! I'll try to take a pic of the whole car from the side later today.

Thanks for the pic. Your camera is okay...just take the pics with the sun shining on the wheels.....just not with the sun directly overhead :D
