  • Rims.. how big?

    What do you guys think looks best on an fbody... 17" rims or 18" rims.. I kinda think 18 are a little too big.

    17's are best........ you can put the most effective tires on those.....when you buy 18's you get low profile tires that won't hardly last 7,000 miles.......17's set the right stance

      It's really up to you. If you think 18s are too big, then go with 17s. I went with 17s and am not disapointed. They will save you money on rims and tires. If i had a little more cash, i would of liked some 18s.

            I'll admit, those 18's look good. But, I would much rather have a wider 17x11 rim than an 18x8 rim. The rear stance with that 18 just looks kinda puny IMO. I would rather have that wide-*** , look at me stance with mine. :D

              i agree, i like the look of those eagles, but i was really surprised to see they only had them in a width of 8

                  Get the best of both worlds and go 18x11 on the back and 18x9.5 on the front. Me personaaly Im getting vette 18x9.5s all the way around cause im poor and can't afford tires that are 11 inch wide.

                    17X9s All the WAY! 18s are great for looks only, but thats not all that counts. Performance/cost/etc.
