Anyone paint door handles and and window corner thing
Anyone paint door handles and and window corner thing
I want my black handles to match my car, I saw this done on a few cars before and i like the way it looks. Especially the red 99 who just posted pics. They look good.
I also want to paint that corner thing. Over the years its gotten scratched up and has a permanent water marks on it. I just want to do it in a gloss black.
Weird, the 93-97 handles came painted black factory...and the 98-02 came the same color as the car...?
And I don't have the first idea on how to remove that corner piece, sorry.

The little window corner things didnt come off when i painted hem. I didnt want to mess with them cuz i have broken enough things on my car as it is. Best thing to do is tape off the edges, sand them down, prime and paint and finish with a "good" clear coat paint. (not dupli-color trust me) I had never seen a camaro/firebird with painted triangle things on the sides so I decided to be the brave one and take the heat.
