I'm just curious about how many coats of Z2 and Z5 do you all use??
I used 1 coat of Z5 and 2 coats of Z5. It works like a charm, but wonder is more is better?

Well I had on about 5 coats of Z5 and 5 of Z2 before I used the 3M product, that took them all off :(
But now, I have on about 6 coats of Z5 and 3 of Z2. I'm addicted.

Yes. The more you put on, the better the shine and the deeper the paint looks. You'll get addicted too ;)

Well the first bottle I used I only got 4 applications  :(
But now from this bottle of Z5 I've gotten about 12 coats, but I'm thinkin I can get at least 15+ coats now that I'm "gettin the hang of it" ;)

Rev, to quote Big Daddy Don Garlits "If more is better, too much is perfect." The more coats of Zaino you have the deeper the shine gets. Of course Don was referring to horse power.

Gotta agree with edz on this one....Zaino looks so much better when you get more coats on. Looks deeeep. Everyone thinks my car is brand new  :D And the thinner you put it on = more coats you can put on = more out of each bottle = saved money (especially over 'waxes')
;)

i have about five coats on my car. Is there such thing as having too much? my car is black and the last coat made my car look dirtier. i have the spray that you use betwen coats that is supposed to keep the dust off, but for some reason the more coats i put on, the more it attracts dust. But all in all, i'm happy with their product. When looking at my car, it looks like im looking into a tinted mirror. :D :D

You're not applying it right. You have to use good towels (email KevinSS on LS1 > Appearance forum) if you want to get the best result. You are incorrect about your assumption of "too much". The more coats you put on, the brighter the shine and deeper the color  :D
