assuming urs is like my 01 bird
the back seat coushin is 1 piece, the 2 coushins u sit on are seperate however. to remove the back rest u must
remove the plastic quarter panels in the trunk to expose the seatbelt housing.
unbolt the seat belts
u will also need a star shaped allan wrench or preferably one that a socket version to unbolt 2 or so bolts
and it should slide on out
if i forgot ne thing please chime on in guys-RJ \"Like trail mix I\'m a lil sweet but mostly nutty\"<br />Metallic Blue 2001 3.8 Firebird M5<br />FRA,Smoothed Air lid, Homedepot Intake, K&N Air Filter, MSD Coils & Plug wires, Iridium Plugs, Flash Tune, 2.5 Flowmaster Catback.

I don't remember taking the seatbelts apart. I think I just unscrewed the guides that the belts go thru. But there is a torx bolt on there that I had to get... it's some weird size.

THE only thing i have not taken apart is the front seats(will do eventually) and the upper dash, which i did on the maro which mean i have been through the WHOLE interior of an Fbody!! wow i have torn apart my interior on the bird so many times already and i have only had it since LATE OCT!!! dang system giving me problems and me deciding on diff stuff, also i might have to redo my amp rack again as i might go N20 route which mean bottle will have to go there, ERGGHHH!!!

The front seats are almost as easy as the back buckets.
