Where can I get these flames?

That's more of a Tribal Pattern than it is Flames. I cannot see them up close so I can't tell if they are painted on or stuck on.
They don't look too bad, but I like the ghost flames much better! ~IMO

I always look at it as more of the attitude of the driver... if someone likes all of that gaudy crap, then fine, it's their car and it makes them happy. It's when they think they're faster based on the country of their manufacturer or the visual appearance of their car, or just acts like a cocky ******* that they become ricers.
