  • I want rear seat delete package

where can I find a rear seat delete for my 98 camaro I was going to put a speaker box back there but they want to charger me 500 dollars to do that and I already have my own 12s so I would like to go a less expensive route than that so could someone hook me up with a link or something where I can find one for my car

Your best bet would be to make your own...it's a simple process.

Making your own boxes are easy. You just need simple power tools, some wood and alil imagination. It's a hell of alot cheaper and you can say you did it yourself.

Who says you need a rear seat delete? Do what I did, just stick the box on top of the back seat, lol. So what if it doesnt look as good, as long as it sounds good it doesnt matter. I wanted mine for sound so they dont bother me over the back seat

How does that not slide around?

I wouldn't take the rear seat out, anyways. When nobody's using it, it's pretty much the only place for cargo, and since none of us race in a professional series or have our cars completely dedicated to racing, the weight savings will only make an unnoticeable difference.

The box is pretty heavy so it doesnt move around much unless i take a corner really fast or something of that nature. It doesnt bother me, lol.

James has his car pretty much dedicated to racing. My old 3.4 drove horribly with 4 people in it, i mean thats an extra 600 lbs easy. I just recently took out my back seat, everyone that has sat back there said its more comfortable than before and i think it looks better also.
