painting interior

im trying to spice my car up a little bit, and thought about painting some of the interior. the little thing that goes around my headunit is silver, so i was thinking about staying with silver.

possible things to paint:
headunit bezel
plastic that goes around stereo/hvac (you know what im talking about)
plastic pieces around vents on either side of dash.
panels around door lock/window controls (how the hell do they come off???)
panel in back where the courtesy lights are.
center compartment lid.
ashtray lid.

anything else?
is there a better color?
good process?

painting your interior silver sounds like a good idea.. i would definitely go for it. i havent yet painted mine but probably will in the near future. uhmm. well heres a picture of one painted silver http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v5...inted_inte.jpg maybe that'll help you a bit. anyways, good luck.

look in my cardomain page..u can c what i painted silver in my interior...all i did was went to walmart to get paint
