Bright Headlights ????

Do they make the Bright Headlights for the 93-97 Camaro?? I don't know what their called hence the "Bright Headlight" term. Where can I get some and how much??

I went to autooptiks.com and got some sealed beam conversions for the headlights, then got on ebay and got some xenon bulbs. They are much brighter than stock. But if you really want high end then you could get HID conversion kit.

you could do that mod where you take off the light, break off the bulb in the back or pry it off or what ever.

You then buy the correct bulb i think its 9006 for low beam and 9005 for high beams. Well you buy the correct bulb but make sure its Xenon, something like Sylvania Xenon bulb.

You could go to the flea market and get a pair from there, those are the brightest ones, but only last about 3 months or so.

Well you then put the bulb in the light, and you get some JB weld and put it around the light so no water gets in the light housing. Wait over night and install the next day.

I did this to my 94 Camaro and i noticed a big diffrence in brightness at night.

ya, or dont be ghetto and buy the proper equipment....and ya hid's are they way to go...sig ;)

If you want really nice 9005 & 9006 bulbs, try Sylvania SilverStars.

Any ideas on where I can find HID's?? I've looked around the local auto parts store and had no luck. Whats the price tag on those anyway??

local autoparts??...dont think so....try e-bay, stereo shops, they're gonna run you about 500-1000$...I got lucky and picked mine up for about 280$...but that was a while ago

thats a crap lot of money...i guess i won't be getting them after all
